Overview – CCube Solutions
CCube Solutions provide a suite of electronic document management products, which integrate seamlessly with each other, and can be expanded from entry level to enterprise-wide systems.
Replacing high volumes of paper documents and manual filing, all records can be managed throughout their life-cycle – from creation/capture through retention to disposal. This helps their clients to meet compliance standards, improve efficiency, and see significant cost savings.
The challenge
CCube facilitate the management of large volumes of sensitive and confidential information for their clients, including the NHS, which they wanted to ensure was secure and compliant with best practice standards.
As procurement processes in the public sector grow ever more stringent, certification to ISO standards became critical in order to tender for new business.

ISO 14001 Environmental Management
ISO 27001 Information Security Management
ISO 27001 Privacy Information Management
BS 10008 Evidential Weight and Legal Admissibility of Electronic Information
…all in less than a year.

The results
CCube Solutions have achieved certification to all four ISO standards and BS 10008, all within the space of a year! This is an impressive achievement for any organisation.
