    I bring a flexible approach to the clients I work with, and enjoy coaching and encouraging others to work to best practice and embrace continual improvement.

    I’ve worked in a variety of different industries and have many years’ experience in implementing, maintaining, improving and auditing ISO management systems, helping the organisations I’ve worked with to achieve certification and realise real business improvement. I specialise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 45003.

    I come from an account management background and enjoy getting to know clients, both as individuals and as a business. I apply a pragmatic approach that is value-led and focuses on our clients' unique requirements.

    I work with a variety of standards including ISO 20000, ISO 9001 and I'm a specialist in ISO 27001 - Information Security, with an interest in Cyber Security. This is a high risk area for every business, and I keep up to date to ensure I provide the best advice, tools and methods to help protect our clients.

  • Gail Stephenson

    ISO Consultant

    I have over 20 years’ experience in ISO Management systems, working for a large organisation with multiple management system standards, as well as time as a BSI Assessor.

    This most recent experience gave me the opportunity to see many different businesses and industries, with many different systems and I bring this valuable knowledge with me, to help tailor my approach for our clients.

    I work with a variety of standards including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 44001. I enjoy supporting clients to achieve certification and continually improve.

    I used to work for one of Continual Improvement’s clients, and was really inspired with the way the consultants could make an impact on an organisation and improve processes, culture and systems.

    I am in the process of gaining experience, qualifications and skills to support our clients, specialising in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

    I have over 40 years’ ISO management systems experience, most of which as a BSI Assessor.

    Administration Manager

    I support the Continual Improvement team with a wide variety of tasks including managing internal systems, creating awesome content for our clients and supporting the team with administration, marketing and a variety of other tasks.

    I have extensive experience, in a variety of industries of providing customer support, as well as professional formatting, editing and content creation.

    I am keen to ensure our internal systems are managed well, so that we in turn can provide an excellent service to our clients.

Locations

Areas covered include: Milton Keynes, Kettering, Northamptonshire, Midlands, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Derbyshire … and the whole of UK and beyond. We are happy to travel to visit our clients, but also often work remotely using tools like MS Teams.
